Documentation

The administration team uses a fully computerised system to produce valuations, transaction schedules, income statements and a financial summary for year end tax planning. This includes indexation and tapering of capital gains as well as the normal income statements.

Safe Custody

UK stocks are registered in nominee accounts entirely separate from the company’s own assets. Foreign investments are held through an offshore custodian.

Income Collection

We routinely collect dividends either for reinvestment or to remit them to clients as required.

Cash Management

Uninvested cash is deposited with large well known banking institutions and interest is paid on client balances.

Charges

Charges are scaled according to the portfolio size, but primarily consist of annual management fees and modest administration costs. We believe in total transparency of charges to clients.

Tax Reporting

We provide full Inland Revenue tax reporting for both income and capital gains. Indexation and Taper Relief calculations are provided with the Capital Gains tax reporting package.
