Patsy is the head of our CIS team, and uses her communication, planning and organisational skills to work closely with all the different teams within City Asset Management and deliver an excellent service to our clients. She joined the firm in 2009 and has over 30 years’ industry experience, including as a Personal Assistant / Administrator at Richfield’s Firth and Nationwide Building Society. Patsy is a member of the Chartered Insurance Institute (CII) and holds the CII Level 3 in Investment Operations. She enjoys sewing, gardening and baking in her spare time, as well as volunteering her time at church. Patsy’s biggest achievement to date is learning to swim just before the lockdown in 2020.

Rio is Deputy Head of our CIS team and has been working at CAM since April 2022. He has over 6 years’ industry experience, including most recently at Fidelity. He enjoys building longstanding, meaningful relationships with clients through the delivery of excellent customer service. In his spare time, Rio enjoys the gym, travelling and the cinema.

Antonio is one of our most experienced Client Investment Service Administrators, and his self-motivation, diligence and organisational skills make him a great problem solver within the team. He joined City Asset Management in 2021, but brings 14 years’ experience with him, including most recently as Investment Administrator for Sovereign Asset Management. He enjoys live music, art and going to the gym, and is fluent in Spanish. Antonio also holds the Open Water qualification for scuba diving.

Sean is an experienced and dedicated Client and Investment Manager support administrator, who joined City Asset Management in 2006. He has over 26 years’ experience working in financial services, including as sales support for a financial adviser firm. Sean holds a number of professional qualifications, including CF3 (Financial Protection), CF4 (Retirement Planning) and FPC1 (Financial Services and their Regulations. Outside of the office, Sean enjoys swimming, watching sport and spending time with his family.

As CIS Administrator, Steve is responsible for helping clients across the entire spectrum of investment administration. He has been part of our team since 2013, prior to which he gained experience as a mortgage consultant. Stephen holds an impressive range of CII-affiliated qualifications, including his ACIB, FPC 1, 2 & 3, the Mortgage Advice Qualification and the Investment Administration Certificate. Outside of work, he enjoys playing the guitar and writing his own songs. Stephen also enjoys walking and clocks up an impressive 30 miles every week.

Kelly is our Senior Fee Income Administrator for the Business Development team. She mainly uses her extensive experience (almost 25 years, 20 of which have been at City Asset Management) and diligence to oversee our fees and advisers’ fees. Kelly holds the Securities & Investment Institute Level 3 Certificate in Investment Administration, has levels 1, 3 and 3 in the Financial Planning Certificate and has levels 1 and 2 in Pitman book-keeping and accounts. Raising her two boys keeps her busy outside of work, but Kelly also tries to find time for swimming, tennis and socialising with friends.

Jack joined City Asset Management in 2021, working within our CIS team to help clients achieve their financial goals. He brings 5 years’ experience working in financial services, including as a Financial Planning Administrator for Carter Backer Winter (CBW). Jack is a member of the CII and holds two industry qualifications: R02 Investment Risk & Principles and Unit 1 of the Investment Management Certificate. Although his most impressive achievement to-date is climbing Mount Kilimanjaro. Outside of work, Jack enjoys anything sports related, but particularly going to watch Watford FC lose on a Saturday afternoon!

Danny is an experienced investment administrator, who supports our clients and his colleagues with integrity as part of our CIS team. He joined City Asset Management in 2021, bringing over 8 years experience, including as Investment Administrator at Hawksmoor Investment Management. In his spare time, Danny enjoys watching films and TV series, listening to music and playing pool.

Ben joined CAM in 2022 as a Client Services Administrator, bringing 5 years’ worth of experience, including most recently at Bradbury Hamilton. He assists in onboarding and supporting CAM’s clients and strives to provide each client with the highest level of service possible. Outside of work, Ben enjoys supporting Arsenal FC (particularly when they win), playing video games and watching movies.
