Client Survey Update

We’d like to take this opportunity to thank everyone who participated in our survey last October. Your views are invaluable, and we have made many changes as a result. We will be repeating this survey annually, to ensure that we capture your thoughts on our service in a timely manner. As promised, we’ve summarised our new approach in this newsletter:

  • Executive summaries for all valuation commentaries

  • A new guide to completing your HMRC tax return, based upon our own tax pack with helpful links to the different sections (coming shortly)

  • A new Service Charter and changes to our website to make our policies easier to understand

  • Changes to the layout of the Financial Planning quarterly newsletter to highlight the key features of the different articles

  • A new role as Client Experience Manager for Tracy Coghill; an independent voice whom you can contact to raise issues confidentially or as a sounding board before discussion with your CAM team (tracy.coghill@city-asset.co.uk 07780 973616)

  • Semi-annual webinar involving a live chat with members of Research, Investment Management and Financial Planning; look out for the date, to be announced soon

  • New programme to engage with the next generation of investors, with events for 18-30 year old family members planned and additional interaction with our Bath University community and extending our work with Exeter College, Oxford

  • Personal feel to our website, focusing more on our long history and family and staff owned, company

If, at any time, you’d like to share more ideas with us, please contact Tracy or any member of your CAM team. We are here to listen to your ideas.

Our chosen charities, HSEAG and Helping Hands, have had over £500 as a result of your participation; thank you again for making their good work happen.

As we mentioned above, the survey will be repeated annually, so we can track our progress. Good luck to entrants for that Fortnum & Mason hamper next time!
