What are your fees?

Fees for our investment management service vary depending on the investment size and wrappers used. We offer an ‘all in fee’ model, which is one standard fee with no dealing charges.

Financial planning is charged on a fee basis and varies depending on the complexity and type of work involved. All fees will be agreed with you before we start work.

Will I have a dedicated account manager?

We make sure there are no barriers between you and the professionals delivering your planning and investment goals. As a direct client of our investment management services, you will have a dedicated team of professionals who are there to look after you and your affairs. In fact, many of our account managers have been working with the same clients for ten years or more, so we know how important it is to build strong relationships that guide you through different life stages. 

Your dedicated team will include a dedicated Senior Investment Manager, Financial Planner and Client Support team member.

Why inflation and real returns?

We choose inflation as the benchmark for most of our services. We want our clients to judge our performance against an outcome that is meaningful to them.

Inflation erodes your spending power, and our goal is to preserve and increase your wealth. To become wealthier, you therefore need your assets to grow at a faster rate than inflation.

For more than 35 years, we have been providing investment services to clients and their families. Our goal is to preserve and increase our clients’ wealth, all while carefully managing risk and avoiding permanent loss of capital.

How are my investments held?

In common with many of our peers, we do not hold client money. This is held by our custodian, Third Platform Services Ltd (‘Third Financial’). They are part of the Nucleus financial group, and fully regulated by the FCA, holding nearly £8 billion in client assets. We confirm that our clients’ assets are held by Third Financial in segregated accounts separate and distinct from both our, and Third Financial’s own assets.
