Rob Raywood, Senior Adviser to CAM

Rob brings a wealth of experience to CAM in running a business and managing clients. He is responsible for advising CAM on the development of its business and strategic thinking and his experience and reputation within the private client landscape will be invaluable.

Rob spent the greater part of his working life at NW Brown and later at Brown Shipley as an investment manager, from which he retired in 2021. At NW Brown he was both a main board director and Chief Investment Officer. Previously he worked for Charles Stanley Stockbrokers and Greig Middleton Stockbrokers. In total Rob has over 40 years experience working in the financial services industry. 

He spent several years on the finance committee of the British Red Cross and is a former President of the Chartered Institute of the Securities & Investment Institute in East Anglia. When not working Rob spends his time fly-fishing, sailing, skiing, gardening and walking.


Hilary Coghill, Senior Adviser to CAM

One of City Asset Management’s original founders, Hilary has been with the firm for over 40 years. She is proud to have seen it develop into the successful company it is today, still co-owned by the founding partners and staff.

Hilary began her career in medical research, before teaching science while living in Kuwait and raising her four children. Today, her nine grandchildren take up much of her attention outside work, but she also makes time for gardening and travel.
