Announcing the Rollout of ‘YourCam’:

Our New Portal and App

We are now delighted to announce the upcoming rollout and transition to our new portal; ‘YourCAM’. YourCAM will shortly be available as a web portal, and as an app. To deliver YourCAM, we will start the phased migration over the first half of 2024. The migration will be phased to allow us to ensure a smooth transition and allow us to provide help for anyone that requires it. We have also updated our Terms and Conditions to incorporate YourCAM, which you will receive a copy and which do not require signature. They will replace and update your current Terms and Conditions.

YourCAM provides a complete view of your investment portfolio, allowing you to monitor your assets and track performance with ease.  The portal offers a new and secure way for us to communicate with you as well as being able to securely share documents. I’m sure you will agree that increasing the security and protection of your personal information is becoming ever more important given the sophistication and tenacity of hackers and email hijackers. ’YourCAM’  will be the secure digital access point for you to obtain report packs i.e., Valuations, Tax packs as well as Costs & Charges and these are readily available. As we move to a more secure digital environment and we focus on sustainability, we want to reduce the amount of paper we produce. YourCAM will be delivering Quarterly valuation packs, Tax packs and Costs and Charges on the portal as a default.

During your initial log in, you will be required to use your own email address as access will be sent to you individually. You will then be able to securely re-set your password and adapt the settings of the app and portal to suit your needs. A member of your regular CAM team will be in contact as soon as we’re ready to roll YourCAM out to you.
