Client Feedback Survey 2022

Many thanks to everyone who took the time to complete our client feedback survey over the autumn. We were delighted by how many of you chose to respond. I’ve been working with our marketing consultant on analysing the results and identifying trends and action points. Some of you were also glad to continue the conversation in person and this has been incredibly helpful. In our next newsletter, we will be providing detail about the follow up we’ve done and the changes that we’ve made. In the meantime, in my new role as Independent Client Supporter, I’m looking forward to helping anyone who has an issue or a concern that they would like to raise in confidence. Do please get in touch if there is something that you’d like to discuss privately.

Lastly, I’m pleased to note that we have fulfilled our pledge to give donations to 2 charities chosen by our younger staff members for each survey response made. In December, we donated £505 each to HASAG and Raise Your Hands. We wish both charities every success in 2023.
