Meet the Board

Our business is built on our people and throughout our teams runs a culture that is based on striving every day to better ourselves. We have a strong pedigree of teaming experience with fresh talent, drawn from our long-standing relationship with the University of Bath.

Our board provides a wealth of experience as well as a progressive mindset, that together drives the firm forward and makes sure we grow without losing sight of our purpose or culture. It focuses on strategic matters of the business, from capital deployment to future planning.

  • Nick Coghill - Chief Executive Officer

Prior to joining CAM, Nick was a Managing Director and co-Head of European equity derivatives at Morgan Stanley, and he also previously qualified as a chartered accountant. His wealth of experience was useful for his role as a member of the FCA Smaller Business Practitioner Panel, where he represented the investment management sector for six years. In his spare time, Nick enjoys gardening, cooking (he will BBQ come rain or shine) and racquet sports. He’s recently discovered padel, a cross between tennis and squash, and is particularly proud of achieving a national padel ranking in 2021!
